In previous posts , I 've told you how to make tempeh . This time I will share , how to process tempeh to make it more enjoyable.

Mendoan , is one of the traditional recipes from Purwokerto town central java Indonesia . Mendoan Made from simple ingredients , processed in a way that is simple and serving when it warm with soy sauce dip, makes these foods so determined to be enjoyed .




TEMPE MENDOAN RECIPES

ingredients :

    250 grams of tempeh , sliced ​​thin wide
    50 grams of wheat flour
    10 grams of rice flour
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ seasonings
    1 tablespoon coriander powder
    1 teaspoon of garlic finely
    2 scallions , thinly sliced
    200 ml of water
    cooking oil

Sauce Ingredients :

    4 tablespoons soy sauce
    ½ teaspoon of garlic finely
    3 fruit cayenne pepper , chopped
    a little salt

HOW TO MAKE A GOOD chili TEMPE MENDOAN AND SIMPLE :

    Mix the flour , rice flour and water , stir well . Enter sliced ​​scallions , salt , seasoning, garlic powder and coriander finely and stir well .
    Dip the tempeh slices one by one into the flour batter , fried in hot oil over medium heat until half cooked . Remove and drain .
    Mix and stir all sauce ingredients together and serve still warm tempeh mendoan .
