Tofu Salad With Hoisin Dressing

MATERIALS :
    500 ml vegetable oil , for frying
    400 g tofu , cut into 1x2 cm size
    600 g out yellow , steamed , diced 2 cm
    1 carrot , cut into matchsticks
    100 g leaves poh - Pohan , petiki leaves
    150 g lettuce bowl , tear rough


Sauce , stir :
    6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp vinegar
    2 tsp honey
    4 tablespoons shoyu
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp grated ginger
    ½ tsp salt
    2 tsp hoisin sauce **

Topping: fried dumpling skin

HOW TO :
    Heat oil and fry tofu until golden yellow . Lift . Drain .
    Stir in part out of white, yellow knows, carrots, leaf poh - Pohan, and lettuce. Add the sauce and stir well. add on a serving plate .
    Put leftover tofu on it. Sprinkle the topping ingredients.
    Serve immediately.

NOTE **

Hoisin sauce : Sauce complement to grilled dishes typical of China . Made of soy sauce , honey , sesame oil , pepper and garlic . Packaged in glass bottles . Get in supermarkets that sell a lot of seasoning for Asian cuisine .
