1.Ingredients for skin :

* Sugar to taste

* Chilli to taste
* 3 cloves garlic
* Salt to taste
* Sugar and vinegar to taste ( optional )
Ways of making the skin :flour mixed with butter and blend until mixed , then water and salt mixed in one container , and added little by little to the flour and butter mixture ( still stirring, stirring ) until the dough together, test it first. If the skin is too thin , you need to add flour .
