Recipes : Bajigur
Bajigur is a typical drink from West Java Indonesia . These drinks are usually sold using a cart that includes a stove because this drink is more palatable when taken in warm . Bajigur often drunk in the afternoon especially on rainy days . Food is often served with boiled bananas and bajigur is boiled peanuts .
ingredients :
100 g candied fro green , thinly sliced
150 g of coconut meat , shaved lengthwise
Kuah :
1 ½ Liters coconut milk from 1 coconut grated
150 g brown sugar , fine comb
25 g sugar
150 g of roasted ginger , crushed
5 cm stem bark of cinnamon
2 pandan leaves , conclude
½ tsp salt
1 tablespoon of ground coffee
How to Make :
Gravy : Boil coconut milk with brown sugar , granulated sugar , ginger , cinnamon and pandan leaves until sugar dissolves . Stir gently so as not to break the coconut milk .
add salt and coffee powder and stir well . Remove and let stand for a moment to settle the coffee .
Strain, then Enter and fro and young coconut meat in the serving glasses . Pour the sauce until it is full .
Serve warm .
