Recipes : Wedang Ronde
The rainy season is almost here ... Beverages of Java is suitable for drinking in the rain and cold so that the stomach is not bloated. Because I love brown sugar. so in this recipe, I use brown sugar. For who would prefer sugar, you can replace it with sugar.

Servings: 2 people
Cook Time: 30 minutes



 


Ingredients

     Sticky rice flour 100 grams
     warm water
     sufficient water
     brown sugar / java taste
     Ginger 2 segment
     Lemongrass (if desired) 1 stick rod
     peanut taste

Step 1

- Mix the glutinous rice flour with warm water little by little until the dough can be formed round by
- Shape dough the size of marbles (no content), and a larger round of marbles for reply which has been filled with mashed beans.

 Step 2
- Boil water 600cc (to taste) over medium heat.

Step 3

- Add brown sugar or sugar to taste + ginger + lemongrass (if desired) to stew round.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes. Turn off the stove and ready to eat ginger wedang round.
- Add peanuts that have been destroyed over the round if you like.





Note:
I make stuffing ronder itself.
Mix the finely roasted peanuts + sugar comb. easy right
